Privacy policy

In short
- No account, no ads, no analytics or tracking.
- Your training data is stored on your phone, in the app.
- It leaves your phone only when you choose to export it or send it to your AI.
- What you send through an online link is encrypted at rest and deleted after 30 days without use — or right away when you tap “Delete”.
Who we are
LOOP is provided by [name of the developer or company, address] (“we”). Contact: support@loopgym.app.
Data on your phone
LOOP keeps everything you enter in a database on your device: your program, workouts and sets, notes, outside activities, and — only if you add them — body measurements, pain and limitations, and photos or videos you attach. We have no access to it. You can delete all of it any time in Settings → Delete all data, or by deleting the app.
Your phone’s operating system may include app data in its own device backups (for example iCloud or Google backups), under the terms of that service.
Exports and backups
When you create a backup or export (ZIP, CSV, an analysis pack), LOOP hands the file to your phone’s share sheet. Where it goes is up to you; we don’t receive it.
AI features (optional)
LOOP itself contains no AI. You can ask an AI service you choose — such as ChatGPT, Claude or Le Chat — to review your training or write a program. That service processes what you give it under its own privacy policy.
Copy and paste
“Copy for AI chat” puts instructions and your data on the clipboard. Nothing is sent by LOOP; you paste it where you want.
Online link (LOOP Relay)
If you connect an AI app (AI coach → Connect your AI), LOOP uses our relay at relay.loopgym.app as a mailbox between your phone and your AI app:
- What is sent: only when you tap “Send” or “Copy link for AI chat”: the training period you selected (sessions, sets, notes, program) or your request for a new program (your wishes, training focus, experience, age if you entered it). Health records and body measurements are included only if you switch them on. Your AI app then leaves plans or programs in the mailbox, and your phone reports back whether they were applied.
- How it is protected: the link contains a random secret created on your phone; we don’t store it. Data is stored encrypted with a key derived from that secret. Anyone who has the link can read the mailbox and leave plans — keep it private. LOOP still checks every change before it touches your program.
- Signing in from an AI app: when an AI app (ChatGPT, Claude, Le Chat …) connects to LOOP, you tap “Allow” in the LOOP app — or, on a computer, type a one-time code from it. The AI app then receives an encrypted token that opens your mailbox. We don’t store these tokens; “Disconnect” or “New link” cuts off every app at once.
- How long: a mailbox not used for 30 days is deleted automatically. “New link” and “Delete my data” delete it immediately.
- Logs: we keep no request logs. Your IP address is processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the service.
- Hosting: the relay runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which may process data on servers outside your country.
Health information
Pain, limitations and body measurements are optional. They stay on your phone and are never included in anything you send unless you turn them on for that export. LOOP gives no medical advice.
Your choices and rights
Data on your phone is fully under your control. For data in a relay mailbox, use “Delete my data” in the app, or write to us with your request; depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to complain to a data-protection authority.
Children
LOOP is not directed at children under 16.

If this policy changes, we update it here and change the date above.
